The Bank is well established bank all over Maharashtra. The bank had solution from one of the CBS providers in Maharashtra. The Bank had their CBS model with older technology. The bank staff were facing lot of issues right from operational to analytical problems. The Bank had to invest in human-resources, nfrastructure, lot of efforts to ensure their regular functioning and many more to accomplish daily activities. Even after spending maximum on the vendor, the data possession was with vendor and not the bank. Considering bank’s previous CBS vendor services, the bank management had to take the difficult decision of replacing their CBS.

The Bank’s IT team invested lot of time in evaluating various vendors based on their application performance, Support Services, upcoming development and many more. Bank visited JJIT’s various customers, especially customer migrated from similar CBS vendor and then finalized JJIT.

With the new CBS “web-jCore”, the Bank could achieve improvisation in their existing processes and bring in more efficiency in possible activities. The staff was excited about the automated processes and the management was happy about the Controlling mechanism. The major advantage the bank identified was the cloud solution, which gave them possession of their data with faster access even at lower bandwidth and nominal infrastructural cost. In-all the bank is now on the latest and technology with all products required for banking at almost 1/3 of their earlier spending.
