One of the renowned banks in Maharashtra, large enough to have enrolled themselves directly with RBI for RTGS / NEFT service and having their own IFSC code. The bank has huge no. of transactions of larger amounts. This service subscribed and was enabled by bank to service their customers. They are observing growth in the transactions as expected.
The Bank was struggling to automate this process, their exiting CBS vendor too couldn’t support them in automation. The bank has to engage multiple resources to manage their daily transaction load. The IT team with overloaded resources were exploring the market for solution, and they discovered JJIT.
JJIT evaluated the situation and planned out a roadmap to achieve the solution for the Bank. The implementation process included various stages; each stage was accomplished as planned even after multiple stakeholders involved in the process. To explain it technically, JJIT’s interface reads the bank’s CBS data from the given source, then consolidates the data and prepares it to update, in the next step the interface executes its functions to interact and exchange information with the IDRBT Server. The exchanged data is stored into the bank’s dedicated server.
In all this process, the bank staff has been parallelly working with our technical team to successfully implement this solution.
